The following pictures were from the collection of Lester Lundie, formerly of Owosso, who worked for and retired from the Ann Arbor Railroad. The wreck of Ann Arbor Engine #185 occured in about 1928 near Pomona , a small station between Cadillac and Benzonia. Thanks to Lester's daughter, Lila Smalec, and her son Darren for submitting these pictures.
A good wreck always draws a crowd.
